Overview

This position supports Bank products or services within a business unit, in the execution of daily operating activities. Works directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiries. Facilitates workflow and ensures client satisfaction through the handling, processing, and servicing of requests.

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Operations, or Support, or Customer Service


Preferred Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Services 
– Experience with Salesforce
– Prefer associate who lives within Eastern Standard Time Zone

If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $18.10 and $31.38 per hour.  Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
