- Develop and execute joint co-marketing initiatives with key customers and partners aimed at increasing adoption of Branch’s products and services.
- Devise and implement tailored marketing campaigns designed to increase engagement and loyalty among our existing consumer base.
- Create compelling content for various audiences and marketing channels, including emails, social media, website, and print, and collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing and engaging marketing assets.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Implement test & learn methods to gather insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive collaboration and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in B2C marketing, with 1+ years in co-marketing and/or a client-facing role (preferably in Financial Services or Tech).
- A proven track record in developing and executing customized integrated co-marketing and engagement campaigns that achieved business objectives.
- Project management skills and demonstrable experience leading cross functional work streams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints.
- Exceptional writing skills to craft compelling copy for consumer focused marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and iteration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of the payments industry is a plus.
- Experience in a B2B2C business model is a plus.
