ShyftOff is currently onboarding Flexible Customer Service Agents for multiple long-term campaigns. These campaigns are ideal for people with knowledge or experience working in customer service for tax and retail industries. However, we encourage all experienced customer service agents to apply.
As a Flexible Customer Service Agent, you have total control of your schedule and get to work from home (or anywhere with a hardwired connection).
You should apply if you:
- have at least 6 months of customer service, customer support, technical support, and/or call center experience.
- have excellent documentation and follow-up skills
- have strong computer skills and efficient typing skills
- are great at questioning and actively listening for effective communication
- good at multi-tasking and love to help customers
A few things to note:
- They are looking for people who have worked in a contact center or call center before—remote or in-person
- You have to bring your own equipment and have a hardwired internet connection—check the application link for details on equipment requirement
- Must be US-based
Hourly Pay: $14 – $20
Working Hours: 8 am – Midnight Eastern (you can choose hours between these times)
Pay Frequency: Weekly
