Job Summary:

The Paid Leads Consultant will support the digital media team as they plan and execute strategies to drive growth for the Enterprise through increasing brand awareness, driving consideration, and acquiring new customers. The position will be responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar program to growth and efficiency targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage existing lead-generation vendors responsible for sourcing prospects seeking insurance or other financial services products
  • Identify areas of growth and efficiency within the program
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to solve complex problems impacting KPI’s
  • Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills to a diverse array of individuals and perspectives
  • Ability to work on a team via a remote workspace

Education and Experience:

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

Functional Skills:

• Aptitude to build and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships

• Ability to analyze, interpret, and take meaningful action on large amounts of data

• Capacity to organize and manage detail work

• Excellent Excel skills, including understanding of advanced formulas and functions

Compensation offered for this role is $54,000.00-$85,500.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
