As a Healthcare Customer Service Expert, you have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for patients needing home healthcare services. Typical phone calls range from interactions with customers who need basic information, to assisting those with more complex requests. Location – 100% Remote
Start Date – Monday, March 11th, 2024

Hourly Rate – $17.50/hr

Training & Nesting Period – 4 to 6 Weeks
Training & Nesting Hours – Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm EST

Available Shift After Training & Nesting: Monday – Friday, Available shifts: 10:00am-6:30pm EST or 10:30am-7:00pm EST 

Responsibilities

This job is for you if:

  • You enjoy working in a high volume call center environment where you will be receiving and responding to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day from providers, referral sources and potential patients by collecting and entering clinical and demographic information into our CareCentrix portal. 
  • You have great empathy and the patience to deal with difficult callers or complex requests.
  • You are accurate with strong attention to detail.
  • You can comply with all policies, including HIPAA/PHI.
  • You strive to meet/exceed individual performance goals in the areas of: Call Quality, Attendance, Adherence and other Contact Center objectives.
  • You are fun to work with! We are looking for team members who bring joy to the work they do.

Qualifications

You should get in touch if you:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience in a call center environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Good computer / typing skills with ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.
