As a Resolution Specialist, you are responsible for meeting and maintaining your KPIs and for exhibiting professionalism in all aspects of the role. This also means that any/all conversations with fellow MSCM team members and suppliers be conducted with a business professional mindset in line with codes of conduct found within the Employee Handbook. 

Resolution Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Managing issue resolution for top Supplier accounts relating to receiving discrepancies, ETA updates, returns, SKU level updates.
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to acquire necessary order information and expedite backordered products.
  • Optimize inventory flow by regularly reviewing open purchase orders and making necessary adjustments through following our prescribed processes.
  • Gather, maintain, and organize supplier and product information in proper databases.
  • Serve as a liaison between MSCM, EDCs, Accounting and Suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Aid in creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team by promoting an open and honest work environment that fosters group communication.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements  

  • Self-starter, efficient, reliable, and organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to change and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • attention to detail with data entry and accuracy.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree level education or higher is strongly preferred.
  • MS Office, telephone, reception, and strong computer skills required. 
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
