Compensation Range:   $75,000.00 – $90,000 (10% bonus) 

This role can be remote anywhere in the US.

 Position Overview  

As a Sales Enablement Associate, you will be responsible for supporting key sales enablement initiatives including onboarding, needs analysis, development and delivery of sales training content, and tracking KPI’s to assess outcomes.  

Responsibilities  

  • Work cross functionally to design and develop engaging virtual training programs for our field team. 
  • Establish and track onboarding program objectives, success metrics, feedback, and milestones over time and collecting feedback. 
  • Ensure programs are scalable and accessible for all field teams, in alignment with the broader enablement programs. 
  • Help manage the distribution and usage of sales and enablement content so field members can be effective and efficient. 
  • Support field communication and learning including virtual sessions, virtual workshops, newsletters, and self-paced learning  
  • Speak and present effectively as well as motivate virtual attendees in the communication of sales process and product topics. 
  • Continuously enhance instructional design, delivery, and presentation skills. 

Candidate Profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. 
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas. 
  • 2+ years’ experience in a quota carrying role. 
  • Experience developing and deploying successful trainings including defining and measuring impact.  
  • Demonstrated experience having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc. 
  • Success in coaching sales development, account managers, account executives and sales directors 
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches 
  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries. 
  • Knowledge of tools including Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Looker 
  • Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities (ideal) 
  • Previous experience in instructional design (ideal)
