Schedules consent/screening appointments for volunteers who pass preliminary phone recruiting interview. Utilizing list from database, calls former participating volunteers to fully recruit studies.

Conducts demographic and medical history phone interviews with volunteers using prepared questionnaires.
Accurately records and reviews demographic information and medical history for all volunteers, maintaining confidentiality.
Schedules volunteers for further screening and/or consent appointments if they meet criteria.
Performs administrative duties, i.e. copying, filing, completing spreadsheets.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Technical positions may require a certificate.
Previous experience including direct customer service that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 6 months to 1 year) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience

Work is performed in an office or clinical environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
Occasional drives to site locations. Potential Occasional travel required.

Physical Requirements:
Frequently stationary for 4-6 hours per day.
Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
Occasional mobility required.
Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
