About the position:
FTD Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering inbound calls, taking orders for flowers and specialty gift items, assisting customers with questions, data entry and resolving issues. This is a work-from-home position.
Pay Rate: $13.00 an hour
Training: Mandatory paid training the first week. Day and evening training options.
Shift Schedules: Mandatory to work February 12 – 16. Morning and evening shifts may be available. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends required.
Job Requirements:
The position requires –
- Great computer skills
- Utilize multiple inbound communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Deliver high level customer service and appropriate solutions within company guidelines
- Demonstrate full service support and personalized customer experience, strong problem solving skills, and critical thinking to resolve related service requests of various complexities.
- Experience within a call center environment is a plus, but not required.
- Have relieable and consistent access to a high-speed internet connection (25 mb/s or faster).
- Your equipment will be shipped to you via UPS.
