Customer Support Advocate

Providing an excellent experience for our customers, your primary responsibility will be delivering answers to customer inquiries and helping troubleshoot various issues for a segment of Tithe.ly’s product suite by knowing the ins and outs of our product and having a solution-oriented mindset.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role

  • Communicate directly with customers via live chat/phone service
  • Track issues/bugs that the customers are experiencing and communicate accordingly
  • Adapt to new software and updates that get pushed out frequently
  • Brainstorm and create better and more efficient/concrete processes for the team
  • Other duties as assigned

Technical Qualifications

Required: 

  • Be passionate about serving our customers by providing best in class customer interactions through clear, thoughtful and efficient responses 
  • Comfortable with technology and software services
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and upbeat personality
  • Empathetic and patient with customers
  • Ability to manage yourself in a fully remote environment
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • A willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new updates/changes
  • Highly competent/comfortable with technology and web-based software’s
  • Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences

Office Requirements: 

  • We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel required 1-2 times per year
  • A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet. We will provide all necessary equipment
  • US-based and legally able to work full time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time

Hourly Range: $20-$25/hour
