First point of contact for Care to Care (Stanson) network providers, physicians, and members. Serve as liaison between Care to Care (Stanson) provider networks, physicians, and Health Plans. Ensure that both internal and external customers receive a level of service that exceeds their expectations.

The intake Specialist will utilize two methods of communication (inbound and outbound calls) and written correspondence. Respond to and resolve questions and problems from network providers, imaging centers and facilities, members, and referring physicians. The intake Specialist also receives inbound calls on the follow-up to existing authorization requests either in process or processed.

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $34,000 – $64,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
