Job Description:

The Learning & Development coordinator provides administrative and technical support for the Global Learning & Development team to the benefit of our colleagues.

Supports Global Learning & Development in coordinating learning activities
Organize and maintain content on shared Teams sites
Supports the administration of Greif University, our Learning Management System
Collects key learning data
Manages the Talent inbox and follows up with colleagues to ensure they have the information necessary
Assists with the creation and dissemination of training communications and newsletters
Owner of Global Talent Center quarterly business review
Owner of training calendar in collaboration with CRG education partners, Greif Internal communication teams and other partners
Assists with facilitated sessions hosted or sponsored by Global L&D
Skilled to build and grow relationships with partners around the business
Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities
Resourceful with outstanding, technology-driven problem solving skills
Proactive and approachable and receptive to change
Desire to learn and take on broader responsibilities
Background Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years work experience
Clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, follow through, organizational and time management skills
A strong focus on internal customers’ needs and satisfaction, with an emphasis on creative problem solving
Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies
Advanced MS Office skills

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $ 26.00 to $ 32.00 per hour. The base pay offered for this position may vary based on market data and other factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may be eligible for a short-term incentive in addition to base pay.
