The Opportunity
As a Creative Services Specialist at IZEA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional creative services for designing materials used in front of our highest-potential brand and agency clientele as well as designing ongoing Client Development collateral.
Reporting to the Head of Client Strategy, you will be dedicated to IZEA’s Managed Services unit, working closely with our client-facing teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Your mission at IZEA
- Collaborate with the Managed Services team to understand the client’s needs and develop creative solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Create compelling presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials using Keynote and Google Slides that showcase our capabilities and drive sales.
- Develop innovative concepts and designs that align with our brand guidelines while also bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are on time and within budget.
- Attend client meetings and present creative concepts to clients, receiving feedback and incorporating it into the final product.
What you will bring to IZEA
- 3+ years of experience in a creative services role, preferably within an agency or managed services environment.
- Expertise in Keynote and Google Slides, with strong design skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to other designers.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with high-profile clients in a managed services environment.
- Knowledge of the influencer marketing industry and social media platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, or related field but real life experience is always preferred.
