How you can make a difference
Coordinates assigned portions of the benefit and wellness plans including contract management, plan setup and administration, enrollment and billing.

What you’ll be doing
Crafts and coordinates all of or a portion of entry-level assigned benefit and wellness programs including regular enrollment, billing/contribution audits, and leaves management.
Coordinates portions of the annual Open Enrollment process.
Educates team members on HealthEquity’s benefit and wellness offering through the development and delivery of presentations, targeted communications campaigns, events, etc.
Provides support for raised benefit questions and concerns coming in from the team members and business partners.
Support special projects as needed. Projects may be routine or moderately complex in nature.
Responsible for the gathering of materials and execution of monthly and annual audits
Assists with the management of assigned benefit plan contracts, enrollment change requests and administration.
Participates in team process documentation and improvement initiatives. Identify and document system deficiencies, then recommend and implement solutions.
Champion relationships with and offer benefit support to key program partners across the organization including legal, finance, HRIS, and communications.
Manages team member changes in the HRIS and partners with HRIS on system improvement initiatives.
Provides support into plan design changes.
Reviews ADA requests, provides an analysis on business impact, and makes determinations of accommodations to be provided by the business.
What you will need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required preferably in Public health, community health, health education and promotion, behavioral health sciences, psychology
0-1 years experience in Benefits Administration
Basic understanding of benefits and insurance
Strong software skills including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong research, analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Must be detail oriented
