Ibotta is seeking a Live Team Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.

In this role, you will help ensure the completeness and quality of our product data and maintain assigned operational workflow queues. You will also support Live Team Analysts in troubleshooting live content issues and performing cross-functional ad-hoc data review requests. If you love problem solving, creating operational efficiencies and working with data, this position is for you!

This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

Perform global product and retailer product catalog optimization workflows

Maintain Quality workflows such as Customer Submitted UPC escalation and audits and receipt moderation queues

Complete assigned workflows at a high level of independence under minimal supervision

Provide an “on-call” service on evenings and weekends to resolve or triage potential concerns that may arise

Complete special projects assigned by the Live team Senior manager

What we are looking for:

High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred (or equivalent working experience)

Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a strong written and verbal communicator

Working knowledge of the Ibotta app, Admin, Google, and Slack systems preferred

Dedication to teamwork and a passion for aligning other teams with Ibotta’s goals and expectations

Ability to adapt to changing environment – responsive when priorities change and able to pivot workflow accordingly

Additional Details:

This position is located in Denver, CO, or with the option of full-time remote, and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity.

Base compensation range: $40,000-$47,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
