Forefront Telecare is the leading provider of virtual behavioral health solutions for seniors. We provide the highest quality telepsychiatry and teletherapy care nationwide in hospitals, long-term care, and home health settings.
Our clinical network, licensed in 47 states, consists of a team of over 400 Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers that are seamlessly integrated into our technical, operational, and billing telehealth solution.
We seek to minimize expenditures for our clients who are managing the needs of patients in healthcare facilities, in their homes, or those that are transitioning from one care setting to the next. We provide psychiatric support services to individuals in need, in collaboration with the care teams who are managing all their other medical needs, with a focus on improving quality of life.
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the sourcing of MP, NP, LCSW and TT providers to meet the needs of our new and current clients. The Recruiting Coordinator will help define and utilize multiple sources for recruitment, identify candidates based on their skills and fit to client needs, and perform initial screening interviews to assess fit and explain the Forefront operating model and the financials of being a provider.
Additional recruiting duties may be assigned as needed such as but not limited to piloting new sources for recruitment, special projects and collaboration with other departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Working with Operations management to create multiple sources for Provider recruiting in key states
- Proactively working with and managing each recruiting source
- Creating and maintaining a pipeline of provider candidates in key states based on upcoming needs of clients
- Evaluating the pipeline of potential providers based on skills, qualifications, and experience, including reviewing initial video interviews supplied by providers
- Performing initial screening interviews with potential new providers to determine fit and explain Forefront ways of working and financials of being a provider
- Proactively tracking and reporting on provider status for each state versus timing of needs, including identification of sourcing issues/challenges to be discussed and resolved with Operations leadership
- Using Salesforce as the system of record for creating and maintaining the provider pipeline and their status in the recruiting process
Remote work position. Must maintain consistent hours of work and have a dedicated work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree preferred.
Skills:
- Knowledge of the Behavioral Health recruiting process
- Knowledge of recruiting sources/channels that could be used by Forefront
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, letters, memos, email and text messages.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to research and analyze data.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff, and contacts outside the organization.
- Proficient use of additional Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and internet resources.
- Salesforce knowledge strongly preferred.
