- Provides moderately complex administrative support for First American Eagle Academy. Supports operations in learning management systems, including account provisioning and access, and user permissions. Support team members who have software-related questions or issues in the learning management system. Regularly compile, review, and process course enrollment data for learners, facilitators and management. Maintain professional working relationships with multiple clients and customers. Configure an LMS to support online, hybrid, and blended instruction. Researches and obtains information for routine and moderately complex reports and special assignments. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature and requires a broad knowledge of departmental and company practices, policies, programs, and product lines. Answers routine correspondence and routes mail to the appropriate persons. Composes, prepares, edits and proofreads letters, reports and other correspondence.
Essential Functions:
- Assist learners in enrolling in courses
- Prepare and order educational aids and materials
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining training participants’ job performance.
Requirements:
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
