The Client Engagement Specialist is tasked with identifying and generating qualified appointments through outbound activities phone, email, and other digital outreach toward target accounts. Use Hubspot or comparable modern email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact in a professional setting is required.
The right candidate will be detail orientated, works well under pressure, is highly self-motivated, and manage their time well. The candidate will also understand how to research target companies needs and design the outreach to each prospect specifically. They will initiate conversations with prospects with the intention of setting them up for appointments with TheoremOne salespeople, who will identify and close new business.
Responsibilities
- Book at least 8 qualified appointments with new leads at target companies each calendar month and ensure these appointments take place
- Book at least 2 qualified appointments with new leads at target companies each week and ensure these appointments take place
- Profile the target accounts that you are assigned and identify key leads by researching their business goals and needs and matching them with TheoremOne s offerings in outreach messaging
- Cold outreach (e.g email, call, LinkedIn) to prospects to engage them and qualified generate appointments
- Once appointments are booked, hand-off leads to salespeople, providing the background research, context, and intent so that salespeople can identify opportunities to close new business
- Maintaining organized records of your outreach and results in the TheoremOne CRM (Hubspot)
- Segmenting and appropriately tagging prospects in Hubspot according to prescribed methods in order to send appropriate nurturing campaigns
- Keep accurate records and marketing dashboards to show the lifecycle of the leads and their respective stages of development
- Prepare analytics and data reports on progress and goals as needed by the sales team
Qualifications
- This position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Relationship selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts is essential.
- 1+ year of successful experience in telemarketing/sales for professional services
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Demonstrated success in prospecting
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products
- Experience with CRM applications preferred (e.g. Hubspot)
- Bachelor s degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required

- Managing a large number of outbound touchpoints (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages)
- Successfully booking appointments that take place with Business Development (MQL)
- Sourcing a target number of qualified leads (SQL)
- The goal is to identify new leads through research and successfully build rapport with lead to book calls for the sales team.
