About This Role
Hello prospective pickle! Design Pickle is currently seeking to expand our Customer Success team by adding a Billing Specialist to our team to streamline the entire user experience for our Design Pickle clients needing go-to support.
Reports to: Finance Administration Manager
On a daily basis, works closely with: Small and growing Customer Success team, frequently collaborates with Sales teams
Location: Design Pickle is a fully remote company with a Company Hub in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
As a fast-growing company, our roles are always evolving. However, we want you to know exactly what you’re walking into. In the first 90-days, here is a preview of what’s expected:
- Track and follow up with late payments.
- Receive payments from customers and process receivables (AR).
- Timely research, compile evidence for, and respond to payment disputes in Stripe.
- Complete onboarding and/or vendor forms upon client request.
- Respond to and initiate inquiries (questions regarding purchasing, personnel, facilities, administration, specialized programs, etc.) Explain policies, answer questions, and independently resolve problems whenever feasible.
- Process and track employee reimbursements. Reimbursements are submitted throughout the week and processed once a week on Friday.
- Manage A/P payments and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Compile and maintain information that may require researching, gathering, compiling, and updating data and records.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of the Finance & Administration team.
