📋 What You’ll Own
• Coordinate and schedule over 15,000 annual screening events across the U.S.
• Identify and secure local venues (churches, hotels, community centers, etc.) for health events
• Follow structured sales plans and contribute to site growth through relationship-building
• Review and negotiate site contracts and technical documentation
• Work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, partners, and site contacts via phone, email, and CRM tools
• Use creative selling techniques to help generate higher attendance at each event


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Proven ability to thrive independently in a remote work setting
• Home office setup free from distractions, with strong internet connection
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable navigating technical documents, contracts, and event logistics
• Skilled in deadline management and prioritization
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
