Position Highlights
β’ $18.50/hour (non-negotiable)
β’ Full-time, remote (home-based within approved U.S. states)
β’ Paid 3-month training program with required 85% pass rate
β’ Internet requirements: 100 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up, hardwired connection
β’ Equipment provided: laptop, dual monitors, headset, docking station, keyboard, mouse
β’ Must maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment
β’ Some Saturday availability required
π What Youβll Own
β’ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with clients and account holders
β’ Assist with account questions related to rollovers, distributions, investments, and forms
β’ Troubleshoot online portal issues and support digital client access
β’ Communicate with plan sponsors, TPAs, and recordkeepers
β’ Respond to client inquiries via email, voicemail, and chat
β’ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocol
β’ Provide clear, friendly explanations of IRA and IRS-related topics
β’ Other related duties as assigned
π― Must-Have Traits
β’ 1β3 years of experience in client service or call center roles
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
β’ Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce/Service Cloud a plus
β’ Excellent multitasking skills, navigating multiple systems with ease
β’ Familiarity with trust accounting systems, investments, and IRA/IRS regulations preferred
β’ Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized
β’ Bilingual skills a bonus
β’ Positive attitude and team-first mindset

β’ Equipment provided for full remote functionality

β’ Training (3 months, mandatory attendance): 8:00 AM β 4:30 PM CT
β’ Regular shift: 11:30 AM β 8:00 PM CT (subject to change)
β’ Occasional Saturdays: 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM CT
