πŸ“‹ What You’ll Own
β€’ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with clients and account holders
β€’ Assist with account questions related to rollovers, distributions, investments, and forms
β€’ Troubleshoot online portal issues and support digital client access
β€’ Communicate with plan sponsors, TPAs, and recordkeepers
β€’ Respond to client inquiries via email, voicemail, and chat
β€’ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocol
β€’ Provide clear, friendly explanations of IRA and IRS-related topics
β€’ Other related duties as assigned


🎯 Must-Have Traits
β€’ 1–3 years of experience in client service or call center roles
β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce/Service Cloud a plus
β€’ Excellent multitasking skills, navigating multiple systems with ease
β€’ Familiarity with trust accounting systems, investments, and IRA/IRS regulations preferred
β€’ Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized
β€’ Bilingual skills a bonus
β€’ Positive attitude and team-first mindset
