📋 What You’ll Own
• Electronically file and manage patient documents across multiple EHR systems
• Verify insurance, manage prior authorizations, handle referrals and patient medical forms
• Follow specific client protocols and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Log transaction data and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed target transactions per hour (TPH)
• Communicate with management regarding workflow variances or delays
• Protect sensitive health data and adhere strictly to HIPAA compliance
• Cross-train for coverage across multiple accounts and systems
• Attend meetings, trainings, and contribute to team success with professionalism
🎯 Must-Have Traits
