Workit Health is hiring a Member Experience Specialist I to be the first and most important touchpoint for individuals seeking compassionate, evidence-based care for substance use recovery. You’ll guide members through their journey, from initial onboarding to day-to-day engagement, making a lasting impact with every call, chat, and email.

• 💵 $21/hour
• 🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM EST
• 💻 Fully Remote

📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as the primary point of contact for Workit Health members throughout their recovery journey
• Communicate with empathy and efficiency via chat, email, and phone
• Educate prospective and current members about Workit’s program and mobile app
• Facilitate member onboarding and troubleshoot engagement barriers
• Ensure every member interaction reflects our mission to provide judgment-free care
• Maintain performance metrics around productivity, engagement, and satisfaction
• Serve as an internal expert on member experience across all stages of the recovery process
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Passion for delivering world-class customer support to diverse populations
• 2+ years in inside sales, healthcare, or customer service (metrics-driven environment preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, communications, business, or marketing (preferred)
• Ability to track personal performance and meet engagement goals
