As a Member Experience Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our patient support team—empowering individuals through every stage of their recovery. You’ll provide empathetic, proactive service via phone, chat, and email, helping members feel seen, supported, and successful as they navigate their recovery journey. • Serve as a key voice for members during their treatment journey

📋 What You’ll Own
• Be the frontline of support for new and existing members—from enrollment to ongoing care
• Educate prospective members about Workit’s unique recovery program and simplify the signup process
• Guide current members through the app experience and remove obstacles to engagement
• Communicate with empathy and clarity via phone, chat, and email
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and maintain member satisfaction
• Meet and exceed productivity and engagement targets while keeping the human connection front and center
• Become a subject-matter expert on Workit’s program, app, and resources
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or healthcare support (bonus for experience in addiction or recovery spaces)
• Clear, compassionate communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, communications, business, or marketing preferred
• Lived experience with addiction recovery is welcome and encouraged
