We’ve reimagined the painful process of LOA with a modern, human-centered platform that saves companies 20–40 hours and up to $30K per leave. From compliance to compassion, we help people navigate life’s biggest moments with ease.
🧠What You’ll Do
• Manage the full lifecycle of employee leaves of absence, acting as the primary point of contact
• Guide employees and employers through leave options, next steps, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with payroll, HR, state agencies, and medical offices to ensure smooth transitions
• Use internal systems to track progress, maintain documentation, and provide updates
• Drive a personalized, responsive, and empathetic experience for every employee on leave
• Share product and process feedback to improve team efficiency and customer success
• Actively contribute to internal meetings, brainstorming solutions and growth strategies
