Sharecare, a digital health leader committed to accessible and affordable care, is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to manage and resolve outstanding account balances. In this role, you’ll work with clients across a diverse portfolio to ensure timely collections, billing resolution, and clean month-end processes.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and collect on active and past-due invoices for your portfolio
• Handle billing disputes and resolve outstanding account issues
• Investigate and reconcile payment discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close and reporting responsibilities
• Improve documentation and processes tied to credit and collections
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Collections experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Self-starter who adapts quickly in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
