As a Collections Representative, you’ll support one of Enova’s consumer lending brands by helping customers navigate financial challenges. After completing a 4-week paid training program, you’ll handle calls with empathy and resolve overdue loan accounts by negotiating payment solutions. You’ll be more than a voice on the line—you’ll be a lifeline to customers seeking stability.
✅ What You’ll Do
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to support customers with overdue payments
• Negotiate payment plans and offer tailored solutions
• Handle tough conversations with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate notes in CRM systems
• Educate customers on the impact of overdue accounts and guide them toward resolution
🎯 What You Bring
• 1+ year of experience in collections
• Call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfort navigating CRMs and multitasking under pressure
• Customer-first mindset with flexibility across personality types
• Time management and organization skills
