📌 What You’ll Do
• Reconcile payments using 835 remittance files
• Manually post payments with precision
• Review, resolve, and correct electronic remittance discrepancies
• Handle suspense checks and reconcile provider adjustments
• Liaise between Claims Processing and Accounting
• Train staff on payer updates and format changes
🔍 What You’ll Bring
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 5+ years billing or reimbursement experience (especially cash posting)
• Skilled in resolving denials using 835/EOB/EOP formats
• Advanced Excel knowledge a must
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
