USAble Life is hiring a Producer Records Specialist to oversee the onboarding, compliance, and records management of producers and agencies. You’ll work across departments to ensure licensing and appointments follow state regulations and corporate guidelines. • Salary range: $44,000–$79,000

📋 What You’ll Own
• Onboard new producers and agencies, verifying all compliance documentation
• Maintain producer records, update payee info, process terminations and mergers
• Handle annual state appointment renewals, ensuring timely submission and payment
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding licensing, contracts, and compliance
• Generate reports for year-end financials and ongoing audits
• Act as liaison to state insurance departments, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide onboarding and compliance training
• Contribute to cross-functional compliance projects as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of regulatory/compliance or insurance licensing experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
💼 Preferred Experience
• 3+ years’ experience in insurance compliance or licensing
• Familiarity with producer records management software
• Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, LifePRO, Compass, or Vertafore
• Background in Insurance, HR, Legal, or related industry
• Relevant industry certifications
