Bold Business is hiring a Customer Support Agent to help a U.S.-based online retailer known for flash deals on brand-name products. You’ll assist customers through email, chat, or phone, resolve issues, track orders, and support their shopping journey—all from your remote setup.

📋 What You’ll Own

Customer Support
• Answer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
• Handle questions on orders, returns, exchanges, and product info
• Provide basic troubleshooting and tech support
• Offer empathetic, solution-oriented service

Systems & Workflow
• Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and order-related tasks
• Log all customer interactions clearly and accurately
• Stay up to date on new product launches and store updates

Team Collaboration
• Work with the eCommerce ops team to flag and solve recurring issues
• Escalate complex cases when needed
• Join coaching sessions to keep growing your skills


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–4 years of experience in customer support, ideally in e-commerce
• Familiarity with Shopify and Gorgias preferred
• Strong written and spoken English
• Calm under pressure, quick thinker, great communicator
• Able to juggle tasks and prioritize without missing a beat
• Organized, empathetic, and tech-savvy
• Independent yet collaborative
