📋 What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist IV (Executive Escalation Specialist), you’ll take the lead on highly escalated customer issues, working with empathy, urgency, and precision. You’ll advocate for the customer at every step—whether resolving complaints, engaging stakeholders across departments, or identifying system-wide issues before they spread.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Owning and resolving top-tier escalations from executives, partners, or internal teams
• Contacting customers (via phone/email) with clear, timely, and empathetic communication
• Working cross-functionally with teams to reach full resolution
• Tracking escalations, analyzing root causes, and offering solutions
• Championing the “voice of the customer” to improve internal processes and policies
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting knowledge base updates
• Participating in team meetings and feedback loops to strengthen service


🎯 What You’ll Bring
• 3+ years in customer service, with experience in corporate escalations or Tier II/III support
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Grace under pressure and a knack for handling sensitive, urgent matters
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments in a high-visibility role
• Confidence in identifying trends and recommending process improvements
