We’re looking for seasoned remote appointment setters with at least 2 years of outbound calling experience to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll schedule appointments for clients interested in estate and asset protection planning. All leads are warm and pre-qualified—no cold calls, just focused conversion. If you’re confident, persuasive, and thrive in a performance-driven environment, this one’s for you.


Position Highlights
Pay: $50–$65 per booked appointment
Bonus: $250 training bonus + performance incentives
Schedule: Flexible (minimum 30 hours/week)
Pay Frequency: Weekly via direct deposit
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Location: Remote (U.S. only)


📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by marketing
• Follow proven scripts to schedule appointments with qualified prospects
• Enter call results and notes into the CRM
• Navigate objections with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain high call volume and conversion benchmarks


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of recent outbound appointment setting experience
• Proven success booking appointments for field or virtual sales reps
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Confident communicator with objection-handling skills
• Reliable internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
• Ability to commit 30+ hours/week
