📋 What You’ll Do
• Answer customer calls with empathy and professionalism
• Process orders, returns, and changes using internal systems
• Help customers navigate basic product questions
• Resolve issues—or escalate when needed
• Record interactions and feedback in the Admin system
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Collaborate with the team to improve service experience

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Patience and poise during escalated calls
• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Must have a reliable, hardwired internet connection
