DXC Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join its Business Process Services team. In this role, you’ll support annuity new business application processing while ensuring a smooth, elite-level customer experience.


âś… Position Highlights
• $31,800–$52,000 annually
• Full-Time | 100% Remote (U.S. only)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time preferred)
• Health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) with company match
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.


📋 What You’ll Own
• Process and manage new business annuity applications
• Communicate with agents, internal wholesalers, and departments on case status
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction handling within SEC and company standards
• Provide elite customer support and handle inquiries professionally
• Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Flag and report any suspected fraud, money laundering, or unethical activity
• Perform other duties as assigned


🎯 What You Bring
• High school diploma
• 2+ years of customer service experience in insurance or annuities
• Solid knowledge of insurance products, policies, and administrative systems
• Strong grammar, writing, and communication skills
• Preferred: prior annuities experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
