📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead pre-construction planning for Design-Build and Construction Management projects
• Align design work with scope, budget, and timelines
• Collaborate with estimators on conceptual and detailed cost breakdowns
• Support procurement strategy: subcontractor outreach, documentation, performance tracking
• Present proposals to clients, support planning, and negotiate contracts
• Mitigate project risk and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Liaise with external partners for permits, utilities, and supply chain
• Maintain project records and databases; support broader estimating efforts
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years in pre-construction, estimating, or a similar general contracting role
• Familiar with ICI facilities—especially envelope, site work, and M&E systems
• Project experience from $250K to $100M across multiple delivery models
• Strong grasp of estimating tools like PlanSwift and Procore
• Skilled in design review, budgeting, and scope alignment
• Clear, professional English communication (written and verbal)
• Confident presenting proposals and leading technical discussions
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools
• Cold storage or food facility experience is a plus
