🧾 About the Role
USAble Life is seeking a detail-oriented Producer Records Specialist to manage the onboarding and compliance records of producers and agencies. This role handles everything from licensing and appointments to regulatory audits and reporting. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and state departments, ensuring company-wide compliance with insurance regulations. This is a fully remote position.

• Salary range: $44,000–$79,000
• Employment type: Full-time

📋 What You’ll Own
• Oversee onboarding of new producers and agencies
• Ensure compliance with licensing, appointments, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain producer and agency records in multiple systems
• Handle appointment renewals, terminations, and background checks
• Liaise with brokers, internal departments, and Departments of Insurance
• Track, analyze, and report on producer data for audits and year-end reviews
• Conduct training and maintain documentation on procedures and regulations
• Participate in compliance-related projects and system testing

• Able to work independently and manage cross-functional relationships
📚 Required Background
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year in regulatory, compliance, or insurance licensing/appointments
📈 Preferred Experience
• 3+ years in compliance or producer records administration
• Experience with LifePRO, Compass, Vertafore, Salesforce, or SharePoint
• Insurance, HR, or Legal background
• Industry certifications a plus
