📋 What You’ll Own
• Prepare and analyze journal entries and financial reports
• Oversee full-cycle accounting: AR/AP, billing, payroll, budgeting, GL, and reconciliation
• Review and finalize financial statements for multiple clients
• Maintain documented accounting policies and ensure data integrity
• Use platforms like NetSuite, QBO, Xero, Bill.com, and Gusto
• Troubleshoot discrepancies, support month-end close, and improve workflows
• Communicate directly with clients to deliver clarity, service, and results
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or 3–5 years equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Fluent, professional English communication
• Advanced Excel skills (including formulas and data manipulation)
• Experience with modern accounting platforms (NetSuite, QBO, Xero, etc.)
• Reliable remote work setup: high-speed internet, up-to-date laptop
