As a Producer Records Specialist, you’ll own the onboarding, compliance tracking, and records management of producers and agencies. From setting up contracts to navigating complex license structures, your work ensures the company stays aligned with every requirement. Organized. Compliance-savvy. Detail-focused. 🧠 Experience Level: Mid (1–3+ years in regulatory/compliance or insurance appointment experience)

💼 Tech Skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Access; SharePoint, Salesforce, LifePRO, Compass, Vertafore (preferred)


🔧 What You’ll Own:

  • Onboard new producers/agencies; verify contracts, licenses, and appointments
  • Maintain producer records and manage agency/producer data across internal systems
  • Process appointment renewals, terminations, and ensure compliance with state regulations
  • Generate and analyze reports for producer compliance, including year-end summaries
  • Communicate with producers, internal stakeholders, and external regulatory partners
  • Participate in audits, recordkeeping projects, and compliance training initiatives
  • Lead documentation updates and help train new team members

🧠 Must-Have Traits:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in regulatory/compliance or insurance licensing/appointment
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
  • High ethical standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive records
  • Excellent verbal/written communication across all levels of business
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced setting

💰 Compensation & Perks:

  • Base salary range: $44,000–$79,000 annually
  • Remote position with company-provided equipment
  • Annual incentive plan based on individual and company performance
