š§ Experience Level: Entry-level to Mid (customer service background preferred)
š What Youāll Own:
⢠Take inbound calls from health plan members, answering benefit questions and resolving concerns
⢠Assist in scheduling appointments and connecting members with appropriate services
⢠Provide friendly, accurate, and culturally sensitive support to diverse populations
⢠Accurately document all call interactions in system platforms
⢠Collaborate with team leads and QA staff to improve member satisfaction
š§ Must-Have Traits:
⢠High School Diploma or GED required
⢠6+ months customer service experience (healthcare a plus)
⢠Clear and compassionate communicationāboth verbal and written
⢠Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple systems
⢠Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong self-motivation
⢠Ability to de-escalate and resolve member concerns professionally
