š§ Experience Level: Entry to Mid (1ā3 years in customer support or call center roles)
š¼ Tech Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF editors, phone systems, ticketing platforms
š§ What Youāll Own:
- Handle customer support tickets: resolve legal document order issues, answer inquiries
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound phone calls and provide order guidance
- Respond to customer, internal team, and field server email queries
- Document issues in Confluence and follow through with resolutions
- Visit online court dockets and retrieve filing details as needed
- Maintain accuracy while performing high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Adapt to shifting priorities and implement process improvements
š§ Must-Have Traits:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1ā3 years of phone-based customer service or call center experience
- Typing speed of 55+ WPM
- Comfortable with repetitive workflows and accuracy under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Quick learner, problem solver, and team player
