  • Handle customer support tickets: resolve legal document order issues, answer inquiries
  • Manage high-volume inbound/outbound phone calls and provide order guidance
  • Respond to customer, internal team, and field server email queries
  • Document issues in Confluence and follow through with resolutions
  • Visit online court dockets and retrieve filing details as needed
  • Maintain accuracy while performing high-volume, repetitive tasks
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and implement process improvements

🧠 Must-Have Traits:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of phone-based customer service or call center experience
  • Typing speed of 55+ WPM
  • Comfortable with repetitive workflows and accuracy under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Quick learner, problem solver, and team player
