🔧 What You’ll Own:

  • Field inbound calls, chats, and tickets from students, faculty, and K‑12 clients
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and composed problem-solving—especially with tech issues
  • Use knowledge bases and CRMs to troubleshoot login, app, or platform issues
  • Escalate unusual or unresolved issues following call flow procedures
  • Log every interaction accurately and adhere to call-center metrics
  • Complete internal training and support multiple education-technology clients
  • Balance high volume of interactions while maintaining quality and speed

🧠 Must-Have Traits:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English (C1+ written & spoken)
  • High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • 1+ year in customer service, help desk, or contact center roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication with educational tech users
  • Critical thinking, empathy, and resilience in busy environments
  • Typing speed of 25+ WPM
  • Strong internet connection (wired, 40 Mbps+ download, <40 ms jitter)
