🔧 What You’ll Own:

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce for the AM team: layouts, data integrity, dashboards
  • Implement system hygiene: document processes and ensure compliance
  • Execute scoped projects—like improving reporting, workflow automation, or performance trackers
  • Analyze data to inform leadership and advance AM strategies
  • Coordinate between internal teams (Marketing, Product, Ops, Analysts) for cohesive workstream delivery
  • Manage confidential performance and client data responsibly

🧠 Must-Have Traits:

  • 2+ years in account management ops, revenue support, or related roles
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience—reporting and admin basics
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non-tech audiences
  • Proactive problem solver who digs into the “why” and proposes solutions
  • Organized with the ability to switch between fast tasks and long-term projects
  • Adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments

💰 Compensation & Perks:
