🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Directly administer a portfolio of trust accounts: personal, special needs, custodial, and investment management
• Interpret legal documents and provide fiduciary insight to client teams or clients directly
• Partner with Client Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and Wealth Strategists to deliver integrated advice
• Manage Reg-9 annual reviews and oversee all tax-related matters (e.g., 1099s, 1041s)
• Ensure all trust documentation, distribution decisions, and system records (iWork/Advisor Desktop) are complete and compliant
• Identify new business opportunities and support seamless onboarding
• Escalate risk, compliance, and legal issues appropriately
• Mentor junior trust team members and represent the brand with professionalism
🧠 Must-Have Traits:
• 10+ years in fiduciary services or institutional wealth management
• 5+ years in direct trust administration
• Deep knowledge of estate planning, fiduciary law, and taxation
• Skilled in legal document interpretation and banking/trust systems
• Strong communication, analytical, and mentoring abilities
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and financial platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Advanced certifications (JD, MBA, CFP, CPA, CTFA)
