You’ll be the linchpin between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates—handling calendars, ATS workflows, and communication to keep hiring moving smoothly. 🧠 Experience Level: 1+ year in HR, admin, or scheduling coordination; Workday ATS experience preferred
🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones
• Provide timely communication updates to all parties as needed
• Conduct weekly ATS data audits and follow-ups for missing entries
• Monitor requisition reports and support ATS requests tied to recruiting initiatives
• Assist with ad hoc recruiting projects and special TA team operations
🧠 Must-Have Traits:
• At least 1 year of experience in HR coordination, admin support, or scheduling
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Strong multitasking ability and adaptability to ad hoc requests
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
