🕒 Position Details
• Remote, Seasonal (with potential for permanent conversion)
• 40 hours/week, flexible scheduling (may include early, late, or weekend shifts)
• Must be available for variable scheduling based on business needs
📋 What You’ll Own
• Assist customers via phone, email, and web regarding billing, insurance, copays, shipping, and product support
• Navigate both inbound and outbound calls with empathy and urgency
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time, or escalate to pharmacists when needed
• Provide technical support for pharmacy.amazon.com users
• Deliver best-in-class service while promoting safety, privacy, and adherence to Work From Home policies

🎯 Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience with computer and web-based tools
• Proven ability to multitask across phone and computer platforms
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

• Previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy environments
