Join APS Medical Billing as a Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Specialist and help ensure that healthcare providers stay compliant, licensed, and ready to serve. • Full-Time, 100% Remote
• Monday–Friday schedule (weekends off!)
• Pay: $18–$20/hour
• Department: Credentialing
• Location: APS HQ in Toledo, OH (remote role open nationwide)
📋 What You’ll Own
• Verify credentials for healthcare providers to meet all state and federal requirements
• Receive, process, and track initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications
• Manage expirations for licenses, malpractice insurance, and DEA registrations
• Communicate with providers and clients to gather documentation and clarify info
• Maintain accurate credentialing data across multiple platforms
• Handle credentialing for over 150+ physicians with professionalism and precision
• Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory guidelines
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in medical credentialing or provider enrollment
• Ability to manage high-volume credentialing workflows
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
