🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Process new accounts, transfers, and withdrawals for brokerage/advisory clients
• Manage inbound emails and calls from Member Firms and service them with care
• Support mailing campaigns and physical document handling
• Maintain client records with accuracy and handle confidential info
• Help build and refine procedures to improve operations
