Wellth, a mission-driven digital health startup, is hiring a Member Enrollment Specialist to connect prospective members with its app-based habit-building program. You’ll lead high-volume outreach calls, guide users through app setup, and serve as a trusted liaison to improve health outcomes for underserved communities—all from your home office.
✅ 100% remote (U.S.-based)
✅ Full-time (40 hrs/week); schedule Mon–Sat, 6 AM–8 PM PST

🧠 Experience Level: Entry-level; ideal for those with customer service or healthcare outreach backgrounds
🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Make outbound calls to introduce new members to the Wellth program and assist them with onboarding via app installation and setup
• Build rapport, address concerns, and simplify tech steps for less-savvy users
• Conduct feedback outreach to elevate the member experience
• Document outreach activity accurately in CRM/data systems
🧠 Must-Have Traits:
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and high-volume call capable
• Ability to empathize and explain things clearly—especially to tech‑intimidated members
• Comfort navigating Android/iOS app setup over the phone
• Bonus: bilingual in Spanish/English
