You’ll serve as the first impression for prospective members—educating them on the Wellth app, guiding them through enrollment, and making meaningful connections on the path to better health.

✅ 100% remote (U.S.-based)
✅ Full-time (40 hrs/week); schedule spans Mon–Sat, 6 AM–8 PM PST

🧠 Experience Level: High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare, customer service, or outreach background

🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Make outbound calls to introduce new members to Wellth and assist them with app setup
• Build rapport and explain program benefits to underserved populations
• Troubleshoot app guidance for users unfamiliar with tech
• Track interactions and maintain accurate records of outreach activities
• Hear member feedback and collaborate with the Member Operations team

🧠 Must-Have Traits:
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with phone-based rapport and empathy
• Organized and detail-oriented—comfortable with high-volume outreach
• Ability to simplify and communicate technical steps for mobile enrollment
• Comfortable working with diverse, often underserved communities
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
