🧠Experience Level: Entry to Intermediate (customer support, case management, or social services background helpful)
🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Deliver exceptional phone support to members applying for food programs like SNAP, Medicaid, and more
• Assist with program renewals, eligibility questions, and onboarding support
• Communicate with empathy while following scripts and structured documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Nutrition, Product, and Engineering teams
• Maintain performance metrics while personalizing each call
🧠Must-Have Traits:
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong listening, communication, and computer navigation skills
• Organized, self-driven, and passionate about health equity
• Comfortable with KPIs and remote work tools (CRM, VoIP systems)
• Previous experience in customer service, social work, or healthcare support preferred
